Strength. Whenever people think of strength, they usually think of either inner or outer strength. But all strength stems from within. No athlete, celebrity, entrepreneur, or any living person would be as strong as they are without their inner discipline, will, determination and inner strength to overcome challenges.
Life throws us unexpected twists and turns. You may think that we primarily need strength during times of struggle, but we also need it when things are going great. You need to be able to draw upon your inner strength at all times. You will need it to create change, keep going or to walk away.
Have Strength When Things Are Falling Apart
When everything seems to be going wrong in your life, it can really start to take a toll on you. The weaker you become, the harder it will be to find your strength. You can find it by thinking of any motivating factor, like a person you do not want to let down. Find something or someone that motivates you to keep going and build momentum on that. You will notice an increase in strength. When your life is falling apart, this allows for the opportunity to rebuild yourself and your life. After going through this process many times, I have learned to trust that this is all happening for your higher good. I now look forward to the new and better things that lie ahead.
People Will Expect You to Fall Apart
If you have been really struggling, people would understand if you did fall apart. They will be amazed by your strength when you keep it together and stay strong. Also, the people who do not believe in you or are not out for your best interests, expect you to unravel. This in itself, should give you the strength and determination to keep going. I know it does for me!
Find Your Strength to Walk Away
We accept what we think we deserve. When you become stronger, your self-worth begins to hold more value. You will find that you are no longer willing to accept things that you once did, when you were in a different space in your life. The great poet, Maya Angelou always said “When you know better, you do better”. Find the strength to walk away from anything or anyone that diminishes your worth. You deserve better than that!
I hope these words sparked or fueled more strength within you. To turn things around, to make changes or to achieve all that you want to achieve. You are meant to live an amazing life. Your strength will help you get there…and stay there.
Good advice. Thank you.
Thank you very much for your positive feedback Albert. It is much appreciated.
