Your inner world is all you really have control of. Your outside world can seem chaotic and crazy, but you have the choice to stay in control, positive and unaffected. Other people or things around you may affect your mood, your day or even your entire life. The nature of how you feel may depend upon what happens. If people around you are positive and things are going right, you have an amazing day. If you are surrounded by people who are complaining, putting you down, or are negative, then you have a horrible day. Yoga will help you to control your inner world. It took many years for me to calm down my inner and outer world enough to appreciate this amazing form of exercise. It is a great way to connect your body, mind and spirit.

When people are not being kind or you find yourself in a difficult situation, take a few deep breaths. This gives you time to access the situation, before you allow it take over you.
WALK IN NATURE
Connecting to nature or walking along the beach also helps you to connect to your inner world.
RELEASE THROUGH EXPRESSION
Writing can help you release any exterior factors that are trying to control your inner world. Talking to a trusted friend is another way to let go of any negative emotions.
Anxiety and stress are indicators that things need to change. Unfortunately, you cannot depend or wait for others to change their negative behaviour. The only things you have the power to change, are your thoughts and your actions. It is important to get in touch and in control of your inner world, so your answers will be revealed to you. You will hopefully find that all the exterior factors will no longer matter, or affect you. Once your inner voice and confidence have more power than anything else going on externally, you will have mastered your life.
I find it extremely difficult to turn the outside world OFF!! When trying to relax, in stead of doing so, I am constantly thinking, ,that I haven’t helped all the people I know and spend time with!!!! It once again raises my heart, to try and please everyone!! I really need a “shut off valve”, if something like that was available!! Even with the help of so many LOVING FRIENDS, I still end up feeling the same way!! I GUESS IT REALLY IS, A CALL “FOR HELP”!!!
