Trina Hall Lifting You Up Higher and Higher
Hi Everyone! I am so excited that you all get to be a part of this new and exciting journey in my life. I welcome you to share this blogging experience with me, as we all grow and evolve together! It is so freeing to finally be in a place in my life, where I feel safe to share my thoughts, stories and experiences with all of you.
I have been spending my life gathering up life’s valuable lessons. I had to survive and heal from my own little world, before I could share and expand to help all of you. There once was a time, not too long ago, when I could have never imaged opening myself up to the Universe!!!
Now, within only a few months, I have started Facebook, Twitter and a Blog!!! I am also working on fulfilling my lifelong dream of writing a book. Who would have thought? The funny thing is…anyone who “really” knows me would have seen this coming. I was the one who could not see it and did not fully believe in myself. I was the one who set all of these limitations and had a distorted sense of self. I had a lot of undoing and unlearning to conquer, if that makes sense. It was a difficult challenge because I was conditioned to be a certain way for so long. It was a hard struggle, but I have finally broken free! I am now open to all of you and it feels amazing.
I am looking forward to being real with you all and living my life authentically. I am completely vulnerable. I am eager to share my gained wisdom in life, relationships, parenting, removing of toxic people, self-esteem/worth, self-awareness and spirituality. I have no limits. OUR POSSIBILITIES ARE ENDLESS!

Being vulnerable for the world to see, that out of perceived weakness in ourselves, is a resounding sound of strength that emerges into a voice to be heard, whether it be spoken or written, uplifts another. You are that voice.

Awesome Trina! I am watching so many of us evolve, letting go of old beliefs and fears and really following their dreams!
